The Role

As the Order Processing Representative, you will be reporting to an inspiring Administration Manager and working with a close-knit team, where you’ll provide exceptional service to clients and ensure orders run smoothly.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to product inquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Process and manage customer orders with accuracy.
• Update customer details and coordinate deliveries using SAP.
• Generate invoices and handle general data entry tasks.

About You

• Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, Order Processing, Order Management or Order Entry
• SAP experience ideal
• A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn
• Intermediate MS Office skills
